Before you start

ALIGNA places experienced care workers into shifts with UK care companies. To join, you must already have:

• Previous paid care experience — ALIGNA is not a route into a first care role.
• An appropriate DBS check already in place, which you can evidence with a document upload.
• Relevant care training or certificates for the roles you want to work in.

Registration takes a few minutes. Your profile is reviewed by ALIGNA before you can be offered any shifts.
